I made a promise to myself that the quilt I finished for my great niece Ellie I would hand sew the binding down. In the past I have always done the whole process on the sewing machine and I know that is wrong but I hate hand sewing. I have to get this done and am finding every reason to do something else. I promise I promise that it will be done by hand.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! I am the same way about certain task or parts of a project. I have not been able to get on myquiltblog either.I am sure it will be back to normal soon. Happy Stitching,Amy
Wrong!? It's wrong to sew binding on by machine. Well I'll be, I've been doing all my quilting the wrong way forever. :o) According to my MIL, machine quilting is "wrong" too. We've evolved haven't we!? I'm alwasy ready to evolve onto the next project. Don't beat yourself up about it! ;o)
